The Challenge
With a growing network of over 2500 agents, branches and merchants , Aman needed a secure scalable solution to enable its network of agents to collaborate and share information on the go. Onboarding new agents also needs to be simple so that Aman can focus on their core business rather than costly IT support. Reliable corporate email with advanced spam and phishing protection was a key challenge to build trust with clients and ensure professional service
The Solution
Cloudypedia fully deployed G Suite for over 2500 agents, with Business Transformation Labs that were crucial in shaping the agents collaboration with the Aman network. Also the Cloudypedia Help Desk support for G Suite made new agent addition and on boarding a smooth process. Cloudypedia deployed a comprehensive security assessment plan for Aman domains, assuring DMARC, DKIM and SPF records.

The Results
Aman agents were migrated to G Suite boosting productivity through reliable email access, shared drives and full mobile access. Spam and phishing incidents were all reduced and properly monitored by the administrators and achieved more than 50% reduction in IT operational cost and capital expenditures.
