The performance of the existing on premise SAP infrastructure was falling short of the growing business demand and the limitations of the old SAP release did not cover the business requirements any more. System upgrade was costly and time consuming to meet the business agility of Deemah
The Solution
Cloudypedia Designed and architected Deemah S4Hana upgrade and migration plan from SAP ECC on Oracle using system export to a certified SAP HANA landscape on Google Cloud utilizing Deployment manager and according to Google Best Practices.
Cloudypedia deployed SAP certified VMs on Compute Engine with a complete configuration plan for IAM, Network service tiers and Backup policies on GCP.
The Results
Performance scaling at half the cost while decreasing migration time by 60% due to resource availability and ease of staging, we were also able to reduce costs for Development and Quality Servers by 55% using scheduled working hours scripts all while increasing security and backup operations.
